Executive Forum

func_1This is a space for general information and tasks exhange of all staff of the company. The Management can easily impart their instructions to each of staff. this function.

This function operates as a traditional bulletin board in the company but is divided into many small items. Each item is designed for all staff or a group or any individual to view and exchange information with other people who are also empowered to access.

Document Management

func_1The incoming letters/papers are digitalized by the administrator to submit to the Management. The Management view and give comments/opinions/solutions...then the letters are delivered to relevant departments for receipt signing and feedback.

Staff of each department can view the letter delivered to their department. Head of deparment views and assigns tasks directly to their staff.

All these actions are operated through E-Office .NET.

Taks Management

func_1Head of department view the letter together with instruction of the Senior Management, then assigns tasks directly to satff for implementation and result reporting.

In process of handling tasks, staff are in demand of building a workable file/record containing all letters, papers/documents relating to their handled tasks. This helps to classify, search and manage letters, papers according to assigned tasks or matters easier.

Files Management

Each company often have common files used by all staff such as document forms, ISO documents, templates, tables, procedures,…. Subject to specific function of each staff the software allows them to download different files for working.

Some staff who are empowered can upload information/papers/files to share with other.

Others Function

func_1Folder is a space created by the users and for their private purpose of filing letters/papers/documents at their convenience.

Managing links and contacts of customers.

Searching and exploiting the incoming and outgoing letters, files/records.

Making statistical report of the incoming and outgoing letters/documents/papers.

Auto notity, System administration, Auto backup...
